Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting a PM Warehouse Operative for a freezer environment in Reading. You’ll be part of a busy team handling stock with LLOP systems, picking accurately and preparing orders to a high standard.

The role is physical and fast-paced, with training provided and a focus on reliability and accuracy. Shift pattern is Sunday to Thursday, PM shift 14:00-22:00, with competitive hourly rates, overtime and shift premiums.

Qualifications

• Experience with LLOP is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically able to lift 25 kg and handle stock.

Responsibilities

• Picking stock accurately using LLOP systems.
• Maintaining a pick accuracy rate of 90-100%.
• Ensuring orders are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.
• Collaborating effectively with your team to meet daily targets.
• Performing general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and stock management.
