PM Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Taskmaster Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced PM Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client’s busy site in Rushden (NN10).

Duties will include:

• Operating the Counterbalance Truck to safely and efficiently move pallets between warehouse areas and racking systems.
• Loading and unloading stock, ensuring items are stored correctly and securely.
• Supporting warehouse operations with general duties such as picking, packing, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Following all site health & safety procedures and working to high standards of accuracy.
• Working both independently and as part of a team to meet daily targets.

The Candidate:

We are looking for motivated and reliable candidates who can bring the following:

• A valid Counterbalance Truck licence.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is desirable.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain attention to detail.
• A good level of written and spoken English to follow instructions and complete paperwork.
• Must be able to start immediately.

Shift & Pay:

• PM Shift: 12noon – 8pm
• Pay rate: £14.00 per hour
