A well-established dental practice near Gloucester is inviting applications for a PLVE Mentee Dentist.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a PLVE candidate seeking sponsorship and mentorship in a practice with a proven track record of supporting overseas-qualified clinicians. With a strong private income base, access to experienced specialists on-site, and an expanding facility, this is a supportive and growth-focused environment for launching a successful UK dental career.

About the Position:

• Full-Time role available
• £11 – £12 per UDA (D.O.E.)
• 50% private split – high private potential
• 1,000 UDAs per working day per annum
• Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
• Recent UK or overseas clinical experience essential
• Immediate start available for the right candidate

About the Practice:

• 5 surgeries with two brand new surgeries being added
• NHS/private mix: 40% NHS, 60% private
• 13 clinicians on-site with a variety of special interests
• Support from an experienced, multi-disciplinary team
• Approved PLVE mentoring practice with structured guidance
• Uses SOE software, with 8 dental nurses (3 qualified)
• Free on-site parking for added convenience
