Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Plumbing Trainer for a permanent, full-year role in Cambridge. You will deliver teaching and assessments across Plumbing programmes, create teaching resources, and support recruitment and open events as needed.

The role offers structured support to gain teaching qualifications, a focus on learner outcomes, and long-term professional development within a high-standards FE environment.

Qualifications

• Must have substantial, recent, relevant industrial Plumbing experience and current H&S knowledge.
• Experience delivering teaching and assessing in a FE environment is desirable.
• Ability to develop teaching resources and support course administration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teaching and assessment across Plumbing programmes in Cambridge.
• Create teaching resources, tutor learners, track progress, and support placements.
• 37 hours per week, full year; some evening/Saturday/summer delivery may be required.
