Job Description

This role is a shift engineer role. The day-to-day roles and responsibilities of this role consist of:

• Carrying out plumbing and mechanical maintenance tasks
• Carrying out important daily water treatment ppm tasks
• Responding to emergency calls for the fire alarm and using the fire panel, also using a bleep and shift mobile to respond to these
• Using the BMS system to control the plant across the site
• Working 12-hour days, 7-7, both night and day shift on a continental shift pattern

Competencies and Requirements

The following are required for the Plumbing/Mechanical Maintenance Engineer position:

• Valid right to work in the UK
• CSCS card
• Level 3 building services qualification and/or minimum Level 2 plumbing qualification
• DBS Check
