Job summary

Education Partnership North East (EPNE) is seeking individuals for Lecturer & Programme Lead in Plumbing. You will lead and develop Plumbing programmes, shaping curriculum and working with industry to ensure relevant, high‑quality delivery across levels 3 to HTQ 4.

You don’t need formal teaching qualifications initially; we offer funded training, mentoring and progression into curriculum leadership, with strong emphasis on industry experience and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in Plumbing or Construction (minimum two years).
• A Level 3 qualification in a relevant trade area.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for sharing expertise and supporting learners.
• Teaching experience is welcomed but not essential; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape Plumbing programmes and curriculum innovation.
• Deliver high‑quality Plumbing provision from Level 3 to HTQ Level 4.
• Build strong employer and industry relationships to support learners.
• Support learners into apprenticeships, employment and further study.
