Job summary

Sanctuary Maintenance Contractors Limited is seeking a Multi-Trade Operative (Plumber) based in Salisbury, covering BA & SP postcodes with occasional other area coverage. The role involves day-to-day reactive maintenance across sites, including carpentry, painting, bricklaying, plumbing and general maintenance.

A company van and power tools are provided. The package includes progression after 12 months and a strong emphasis on health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in a core subject is required or being undertaken.
• WRAS/Plumbing Level 3 qualifications preferred; original certificates needed at interview.
• CSCS card and a valid UK driving licence are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties per contract specs.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and restock as needed.
• Respond to complaints and breakdowns, resolving issues or initiating resolution processes.
• Provide accurate, timely progress updates on works to customers.
• Participate in an emergency call-out rota approximately 1 in every 13/14 weeks.
