Salary : £36,000 - £38,000 per annum

Your Role

Complete new installations, reactive repairs, and planned maintenance tasks as part of a skilled maintenance team.

Carry out all plumbing and mechanical work (including associated components) to the required standards and in line with provided documentation.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures at all times.

Report hazards, near misses, and safety concerns promptly through the appropriate channels.

Take reasonable steps to protect the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, and the public during all activities.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications : NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent (City & Guilds Tech 2), Manual Handling certification.

Experience : Proven background as a Plumber with knowledge of safe systems of work and multi‑discipline environments.

Skills : Ability to interpret drawings and specifications, plan jobs, and requisition materials. Competent in RAMS and safe working practices.

Security : Must hold or be eligible to obtain security clearance.

Driving Licence : Full UK valid driving licence required.
