Role: Plumbing and Heating Manager

Sector: Plumbing / Heating / Bathroom Sales

Location: Bury Area

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 (Negotiable Depending on Experience) + Bonus

Responsibilities

• Oversee the plumbing and heating trade counter, requiring supervisory experience.
• Drive sales and engage customers face‑to‑face, over the phone and by email, asking questions, taking quotation enquiries and upselling where possible.
• Run a department that assists the trade and serves retail customers, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a methodical approach to customer service.
• Take ownership of the department and exercise good judgement and initiative, actively seeking work and speaking to clients to secure business.
• Collaborate with the business on a creative basis to grow the department and achieve bonus targets.
