Resolve Personnel is recruiting a skilled Plumber for roles across Manchester, working on occupied and vacant properties. You will perform a range of plumbing fixes, upkeep and refurbishment, with a focus on first-time resolution during a single visit.

The role requires a Plumbing apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2, strong health and safety knowledge, and a full UK driving licence. You will join a team delivering high service standards within social housing settings.

Qualifications

  • Completed Plumbing apprenticeship or equivalent.
  • Plumbing as the primary trade with tiling/plastering skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and mould treatment (Awaab's Law).
  • Strong communication with tenants and team members.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance.
  • Carry out tiling and plastering tasks where needed.
  • Diagnose and fix issues on first visit where possible.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and CDM regulations.
  • Represent the company professionally inside residents' homes.
  • Travel to sites around the Manchester region.
