Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Plumber to deliver high-quality maintenance services at a Social Housing in Tamworth.

THE ROLE
  • Carry out wet plumbing repairs and maintenance on social housing properties.
  • Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and general plumbing faults.
  • Perform responsive and planned maintenance tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Work independently and manage time effectively across multiple properties.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and client requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service when dealing with tenants and property representatives.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
  • CSCS Blue Card
  • Asbestos Awareness - UKATA or ROSPA certified
  • Working from Heights

  • Proven experience in Social Housing Responsive Repairs
  • Wet plumbing experience only
