Plumber / Multi-Skilled Operative - Yeovil

Salary/Rate: £18 per hour / £37,500 per annum
Contract: Temp to Perm

Role Summary

Nuco Solutions are recruiting an experienced Plumber / Multi-Skilled Operative for a leading Housing Association in the Yeovil area. This temp-to-perm role involves carrying out plumbing and general maintenance works across social housing properties, ensuring homes are safe, functional, and compliant.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance in domestic social housing properties
  • Undertake minor building and maintenance tasks as required
  • Respond to tenant repair requests with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Ensure all works are completed safely and in compliance with relevant standards
  • Maintain accurate records of works carried out
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Plumber / Multi-Skilled Operative
  • Experience in social housing desirable
  • Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills
