Overview

Plumber / Multi Trader Baillie Reynolds Maintenance Ltd are specialists in serving the local social housing market. Our services include voids, planned works, larger repairs & occasional responsive repairs.

Due to the high demand and expanse of the company we are looking for an experienced Plumber Multi.

Responsibilities
  • Experience and proven track record as plumber as main trade
  • Must be confident in other trades such as basic carpentry, plastering, painting and decorating etc
  • We also hold time served trade experience in high regard so if you have this please do still apply.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external Clients and customers.
  • Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents.
Qualifications & experience
  • Social housing background preferred but not essential
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure
  • Ability to work as part of team.
  • Full clean driving licence
Benefits & package

  • Monday - Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
