A local maintenance company is seeking a Plumber / Multi Trader to serve the social housing market in Cricklade. The role requires experience in plumbing and confidence in basic carpentry and other trades. A full clean driving licence is required, and social housing experience is preferred. Overview

Plumber / Multi Trader Baillie Reynolds Maintenance Ltd are specialists in serving the local social housing market. Our services consist of voids, planned works, larger repairs and occasional responsive repairs.

Responsibilities
  • Experience and proven track record as plumber as main trad
  • Must be confident in other trades such as basic carpentry, plastering, painting and decorating etc
  • We also hold time served trade experience in high regard so if you have this please do still apply.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external Clients and customers.
  • Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents.
