Job summary

Example Recruitment is seeking an experienced Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative to work across Merseyside. Plumbing will be your primary trade, with additional responsibility for a range of general maintenance and repair activities in residents' homes.

You will complete repairs and installations, including tiling and carpentry, and update job information using the Axis app. A valid UK driving licence and your own tools are required, with commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Plumbing.
• Current Unvented Hot Water Systems qualification.
• Experience in tiling, carpentry, plastering and decorating.
• Full UK driving licence and own tools.

Responsibilities

• Undertake plumbing repairs and installations across Merseyside.
• Carry out general multi-trade maintenance (tiling, carpentry, plastering, decorating).
• Update job information promptly using Axis mobile application.
• Work with supervisors and scheduling teams to complete jobs efficiently.
• Carry out risk assessments and adhere to health and safety requirements.
• Provide guidance to apprentices and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Work in occupied properties with courtesy and respect.
• Participate in out-of-hours callouts when required.
