Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Plumber for North & NW London. You will carry out day-to-day plumbing tasks in occupied properties and contribute to multi-trade repairs.

This is a permanent role with a package of £38-40k. Benefits include a van and fuel card, monthly pay, and the opportunity to go permanent after a temp period. You will work on-site with a professional finish and ensure safe, tidy conditions in tenants' homes.

Qualifications

• Experienced tradesperson able to work in occupied properties.
• Willingness to work as part of a multi-trade repairs team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day plumbing and basic repairs.
• Install, repair, and maintain doors, frames, skirting, architraves, and windows.
• Carry out lock changes and minor UPVC repairs.
• Fit kitchens and worktops; assist with joinery as needed.
• Make good around works and ensure a clean, professional finish.
• Work tidily in tenants' homes and use hand/power tools safely.
• Report follow-on works to the office; assist other trades as required.
