This role will be within our demand management and network infrastructure team.

We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?

You'll be part of our Plumbing Team who are responsible for installing internal or external meters for our client.

You'll be required to deliver the highest standard of customer service and maintain a high level of Health and Safety whilst ensuring every job is carried out to a high standard.

We’re looking for NVQ qualified plumbers to join our team on our Welsh Water Metering contract.

You’ll attend appointments in the am/pm or evening depending upon your shift pattern.

You’ll install and replace internal or external water meters all whilst engaging with customers to explain the next steps on their journey to becoming a metered customer.

What you’ll bring
  • Do you have proven experience in the plumbing industry?

This is essential in order to carry out the role.

Do you hold a recognised NVQ level 2 plumbing qualification?

Do you hold a valid UK driving license?

Are you someone who has excellent customer service and effective communication skills?
