Location: Across North Yorkshire
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Salary: From £34,796 per year + opportunities for overtime

You’ll work on a mix of capital projects and responsive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. From emergency repairs to planned upgrades, your work will help keep essential infrastructure running smoothly across North Yorkshire.
This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a supportive team, delivering high‑quality plumbing and heating services while ensuring safety and compliance at every step.
