Job Title: Plumber Domestic & Commercial Engineer
Salary: £25,000 £35,000 (DOE)
Location: North East (Newcastle base, covering wider North East)

Are you a skilled, reliable plumber comfortable switching between a cosy home bathroom and a large commercial pipework job site? Were hunting for an experienced plumber who thrives on variety and takes pride in a job well done. If youve got at least 3 years experience across domestic and commercial plumbing repairing, installing, removing this could be the next step in your career. About the Role

Youll be the go‑to engineer covering domestic and commercial plumbing calls across the North East. One day you might be fitting a new radiator in a home, the next youll be servicing a commercial building's central‑heating system or replacing sanitary ware. Youll manage installations, remove outdated systems, and carry out maintenance and emergency repairs. With company-supplied van, fuel card, PPE and a strong support network, youll be set up to deliver great service day in, day out.

About the Client

Our client is a well-established plumbing provider servicing both homes and businesses across the UK. Their North East division handles everything from dripping taps and leaking pipes to full plumbing and heating installations and emergency call‑outs. Their plumbers are highly trained, DBS-checked, and known for their high first‑time‑fix rate and excellent customer communication.

Youll be joining a team with a reputation for professionalism and reliability a brand trusted by many households and businesses alike across the region.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00

Key Duties
  • Installing, repairing and removing plumbing systems domestic and commercial.

  • Bathroom, toilet, bath and shower installations and replacements.

  • Radiator installation/repair; central‑heating maintenance.

  • Pipework repairs, leak detection and resolution (including burst/leaky pipes).

  • Responding to emergency plumbing calls when needed.

  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.

  • Keeping accurate job records; liaising with clients and support team.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years proven plumbing experience, covering both domestic and commercial work.

  • Strong skills in installation, maintenance, removal and repair of plumbing/ heating systems.

  • Comfortable working across varied environments from private homes to commercial properties.

  • Reliable, professional attitude and excellent customer‑service skills.

  • Enthusiasm for delivering quality work, first time, every time.

  • Willingness to travel across the North East region (company van + fuel card provided).

  • Willing to undergo a DBS check.
