Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Health and safety knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Complete 2nd fix plumbing and associated works.
  • Perform repairs on taps, pipes, and drainage.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and updates.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.

Skills

The Plumber role

We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Completion of 2nd fix plumbing and associated works within social housing / residential premises.
  • Typical repairs including broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks and general kitchen and bathroom repairs.
  • Delivering an exceptional level of customer service; providing updates and always considering the customer’s needs, whilst being able to complete your works within agreed timescales.
  • Ensuring Health and Safety is at the forefront of everything you do, keeping all working environments safe and completing all relevant documentation at all stages.
What you will bring as a Plumber
  • Qualified in Plumbing, to an NVQ Level 2 or a similar professional body.
  • Proficient level of health and safety awareness and working knowledge.
  • Strong customer understanding, putting the customer at the heart of all you do.
  • Possession of a full current UK driving license, essential to undertake the plumber role.
