Tasks
  • Installing, maintaining and repairing pipe including joints, valves, drains and fixtures in Commercial/domestic properties.
  • Responding to Plumbing emergencies, determining the issue and making repairs.
  • Performing regular planned maintenance of Plumbing systems.
  • Assisting with cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold-water systems.
  • CWST inspections and maintenance.
  • Maintenance and servicing of TMVs.
  • A UK recognised Plumbing Qualification.
  • A working knowledge of Water Regulations/Byelaws.
  • Basic IT skills (able to use phone/tablet to record information, take photos, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Organised – can manage their own paperwork.
  • Flexible.
Desirable skills and qualifications
  • Experience of Water Hygiene Regulations.
  • Experience of working in Commercial properties.
  • Health and Safety Training.
  • Good communication skills – able to liaise with clients and colleagues.
