About the Role:

We’re currently looking for a qualified Plumber to join our responsive repairs and maintenance/ Planned works team within the social housing sector. You’ll carry out essential plumbing work in both tenanted and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
  • Respond to day-to-day repair requests and emergencies
  • Install, service, and repair pipework, fixtures, radiators, and sanitation systems
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety and relevant building regulations
  • Deliver excellent customer service, treating tenants with respect and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed using a PDA or job management system
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
  • Proven experience in plumbing maintenance, ideally within the social housing sector
  • Valid UK driving licence
