The team handles 8-10 jobs daily with earning potential through productivity and bonuses. NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or City & Guilds equivalent is required, along with relevant residential plumbing experience.

Experienced Plumbers are required for a permanent position covering East London, offering a basic salary of £30,000-£40,000 depending on qualifications and experience, alongside a performance-related bonus scheme, additional S&P bonuses and opportunities to earn significantly more through productivity. Job Description

• Carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance and breakdown work across residential properties throughout East London.
• Completing an average of 8-10 jobs per day, including standard plumbing repairs and larger, more complex jobs.
• Diagnosing faults, identifying appropriate repairs and delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Completing standard jobs priced at approximately £105 per job, with larger jobs valued at up to £600 depending on the complexity, duration and materials required.
• Maintaining high first-time completion rates and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional approach when dealing with customers.
• Managing daily workloads effectively to maximise productivity and achieve performance-related bonus targets.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with relevant industry standards and company procedures.

Salary, Bonus Scheme & Earning Potential

The role offers a competitive basic salary based on qualifications and experience, alongside a revenue-based bonus structure designed to reward productive operatives.

Basic Salary

• NVQ Level 2 Diploma: £30,000 basic salary, subject to limited availability.
• NVQ Level 2 with 1-2 years' experience: £35,000 basic salary.
• NVQ Level 2 with 3-6 years' experience: £38,000 basic salary.
• NVQ Level 2 with 6+ years' experience: £40,000 basic salary.

Revenue-Based Bonus Scheme

• A £9,000 monthly revenue threshold applies.
• Revenue generated above the £9,000 threshold is paid at 10% commission.
• Standard jobs are priced at approximately £105, with larger jobs paying up to £600 depending on the work required.
• Average monthly revenue is approximately £16,500, with an illustrative bonus of £750 per month based on the stated scheme.

Additional S&P Bonus

• A further performance-related bonus of up to £600 per month is available.
• Typical earnings from this bonus are approximately £200-£400 per month.
• Bonus criteria include jobs completed, completion rate and first-time completion rate.
• All bonuses are performance-related and depend on individual productivity, revenue generated and KPI achievement.

Skills / Qualifications

• Qualified Plumber with a recognised NVQ Level 2 qualification in Plumbing or an equivalent City & Guilds qualification.
• Qualifications obtained overseas may be considered where ENIC confirms equivalence to the relevant UK qualification.
• Experience carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance and breakdown work is essential.
• Ability to diagnose faults, complete repairs efficiently and maintain strong first-time completion rates.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a consistent daily workload.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional approach to working in residential properties.
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures and plumbing industry standards.
