Salary up to £39,000 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card
42.5 hours per week (0800 - 1700 Monday - Friday)

About Us

Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements and fire risk assessment works. We successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 2,200 electrical tests, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. With a wide range of upcoming projects, there are exciting times ahead as we continue to grow!

Day to Day Duties
  • Carryingout reactive plumbing repairs in occupied properties
  • Undertaking1st and 2nd fix plumbing
  • Fixingleaks and leak detection
  • Installingbath panels, pipe work, taps
  • Providinghigh levels of customer care at all times
Role Criteria
  • Experiencein plumbing
  • Socialhousing experience
  • A UKfull valid driving license
  • All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement towork within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
  • To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
  • Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
