Job Title: Plumber

Contract: Permanent - Mobile role

Salary: £31,363.00 per year, plus standby payments OTE £36000

Looking to recruit a plumber to join a leading Property Services Company to undertake install, repair/replace hot & cold-water supplies, including baths, showers, toilets, and waste systems works around the Ellesmere & Chester area.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties.
• Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include full plumbing repairs within a social housing setting.
• Work efficiently and safely in line with best practices to achieve excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade.
• Strong Health and Safety knowledge.
• Skilled workers who hold a CSCS Card, have asbestos awareness, and their own tools.
• Experience of working in both occupied and void properties.
