Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced Plumber to operate in and around Barnsley on a kitchen and bathroom scheme in tenanted properties. The role involves installing bathrooms and maintaining plumbing fittings across multiple tenanted sites.

You must have proven plumbing experience in social housing, be prepared for a Monday–Friday workweek, and have access to your own transport and necessary tools. A willingness to undertake asbestos awareness training is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plumber.
• Background in social housing.
• Asbestos awareness or willingness to take the online course.
• Own transport required.
• Essential tools and equipment.
• Two recent checkable references.
• Monday to Friday working week.
• Street parking available.

Responsibilities

• Install bathrooms including baths, shower trays, WC cisterns and wash basins.
• Replace or repair taps and/or radiators and associated plumbing fittings.
