Job Description

The Plot Sales Paralegal will be:

• Preparing and sending contract packs to buyer's solicitors
• Managing enquiries and maintaining precedent replies
• Liaising with developer clients and agents throughout the process
• Supporting exchange and completion procedures under supervision
• Handling post-completion tasks including file closure

The Successful Applicant

The Plot Sales Paralegal should be:

• A paralegal or equivalent with 1+ years' experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in IT and able to meet tight deadlines
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
