As a Plot Sales Paralegal your duties will include:

• Prepare and review documentation for plot sales transactions.
• Liaise with clients, developers, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
• Conduct title checks and resolve any issues related to the sale of plots.
• Manage a caseload of plot sales files with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
• Draft and exchange contracts with buyers and their representatives.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on the progress of transactions.
• Support the legal team with administrative tasks as required.
