Bell Cornwall Recruitment is working with one of the Midlands' leading law firms to support their search for an experienced Plot Conveyancing Paralegal.

The firm specializes in working with property developers, both large and small, throughout the entire development process—from site acquisition and setup to development and plot sales.

Their clients range from small local developers with a few units to sell to large national developers releasing hundreds of units simultaneously.

If you are an experienced Plot Conveyancing Paralegal with experience in:

• Liaising with developer clients daily, chasing for information and documentation.
• Setting up legal packs.
• Managing exchange of contracts.
• Undertaking Land Registry Applications.

To be successful in this role, you should have a 2:1 or higher law degree from a Russell Group university or significant Plot Sales Paralegal experience.

It is also essential that you are a car driver/owner.
