The company is seeking a Playable Ads Operations Manager to lead the full production cycle of interactive mobile game ads - from task planning to flawless final delivery. This position combines operational leadership, creative technology management, and technical precision.

You’ll ensure every playable ad meets the highest standards of performance, creativity, and quality. The role sits at the intersection of technology and art - managing workflows, streamlining processes, and driving a team that handles more than 100 creative and development tasks each week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily workflows of Tech Art and HTML5 development teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Capacity & Resource Planning: Balance priorities across 100+ weekly tasks while managing resources efficiently and aligning the team with goals and deadlines.
  • Workflow Optimization: Continuously improve pipelines, documentation, and automation to boost efficiency.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Product, Customer Success, and R&D teams to ensure each playable meets evolving platform and client requirements.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as QA pass rate, production velocity, and delivery quality.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify bottlenecks early, manage risks, and maintain production predictability.
  • Team Enablement: Empower designers, developers, and auditors with clear priorities, assets, and tools for success.
  • Milestone Ownership: Keep visibility across multiple active projects and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide structured updates to both internal and external partners.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital production or operations management (playable ads, mobile gaming, or creative tech preferred).
  • Understanding of:
    • Real-time game workflows (Unity, WebGL, or HTML5).
    • Tech art pipelines (3D/2D assets, optimization, shaders, VFX).
  • Proficiency with workflow management tools (Monday.com strongly preferred).
  • Analytical mindset - comfortable tracking KPIs and optimizing processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Highly organized and proactive - thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
