5-day week (TuesdaySaturday or SundayThursday)

We're delighted to partner with one of London's most exclusive private family members clubs a beautifully designed venue for families with children up to age 12. From swimming to art and cooking music sports and birthday parties this is where magical moments happen every day. There's even an on-site restaurant where families can unwind together.

Play isn't just part of their world it is their world. And due to an internal promotion they're looking for a new Play Team Manager.

As the Play Team Manager you'll be the heartbeat of the club leading a talented team of full-time Play Ambassadors who bring joy creativity and energy to every session. You'll inspire your team to deliver unforgettable experiences creating a safe and inspiring environment for children and adults alike.

The venue operates from 9am to 7pm 7 days a week and rotas and schedules are created on a week-to-week basis based on the needs of the business therefore some flexibility will be required.

What You’ll Be Doing :
  • Lead motivate and develop a passionate Play Team
  • Bring fresh ideas to life crafting imaginative activities and play adventures
  • Lead on safeguarding for the club training team members both within the Play team and across other departments
  • Manage resources suppliers and equipment to keep the fun flowing smoothly
  • Manage the supplier list and stock for toys equipment and resources
  • Be the go-to contact for parents building trusted relationships
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless family experience
What You’ll Bring :
  • At least 12 years leadership experience in a dynamic guest-focused environment e.g. premium hotels holiday clubs high-end play spaces or theme parks
  • A genuine passion for childrens play and creative engagement
  • Natural leadership energy and positivity that inspires your team and guests
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
