Job Title: Plating Process Operator

Responsibilities:

• Process Components/ Parts through the Treatment Lines, including Jigging.
• Read and interpret Aerospace and Defence drawings and documentation.
• Perform Operator Inspections and adhere to specifications and work instructions.
• Maintain tanks, perform chemical additions, and conduct stock checks.
• Ensure a safe and compliant workplace, following all regulatory and company Health and Safety policies.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience handling Aerospace and Defence Components.
• Surface coating experience in Anodise/ Plating.
• REQUIRED: Experience in Electroless Nickel Plating.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable and responsible with a methodical approach to meeting targets and goals.
• Strong team player with the ability to work off own initiative.
