Cuisine Centre, part of Compass Group UK & I, is seeking a Production Operative in Derby. You will prepare and assemble plated meals in a fast-paced environment, weighing ingredients accurately and following recipes to meet daily targets.

The role emphasizes strong hygiene, safety, and documentation practices, with a 40-hour week and occasional overtime, starting with day shifts to support production needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble plated meals in line with production plans and recipes.
• Accurately weigh ingredients while maintaining GMP and food safety.
• Support the achievement of daily production targets.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain high hygiene by completing cleaning schedules and using correct chemicals.
• Follow Health & Safety, Food Safety, COSHH, and PPE requirements.
• Minimise waste and dispose of it correctly.
• Report quality or production issues promptly to the Production Manager or QA Team.
• Work flexibly across the production operation and contribute to improvements.
