Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of support for brokers.
• Log submissions and prepare documentation accurately.
• Chase outstanding items and follow up on quotations.
• Explain product features and answer queries.
• Conduct daily risk reviews of broker-generated quotes.
• Engage proactively with brokers for feedback.
