Job summary

Evelyn Partners in Bracknell is seeking a Product Manager to bridge business vision and technical delivery on a 12-month FTC, acting as the interface between stakeholders and technology teams to deliver wealth-management platform solutions.

You'll own the product backlog, shape demand, translate needs into user stories, prioritise delivery, and drive end-to-end value for clients and colleagues across COO Functions.

Qualifications

• Experienced Product Manager / Business Analyst with ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across business and tech.
• Experienced in Agile and Product Management, collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams to define and deliver business solutions.
• Proficient in Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, and project management tools to support delivery, collaboration, and reporting.
• Strong roadmap planning, critical path analysis, dependency tracking, and end-to-end delivery management.
• Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused language for executives and operational teams.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management operations and client journeys is preferred but not essential.
• Familiar with Wealth Management terminology, regulatory considerations, and business processes; prefer cross-functional collaboration.
• Certifications in Computing, Product/Project Management, Agile Methods/Toolsets are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key link between business stakeholders, COO Functions, and technology teams; translate business objectives into product and platform solutions.
• Manage and shape demand for new initiatives; assess requests, define scope, and align with priorities.
• Gather, analyse, and refine business requirements; transform needs into user stories, outcomes, and delivery plans.
• Identify benefits, success criteria, and expected outcomes of changes; ensure value is measurable.
• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog; govern and align with quarterly planning objectives.
• Champion the client and user experience by mapping end-to-end journeys and driving continuous improvements.
