• Work closely with in-life operations to ensure service levels are met.
• Maintain a clear roadmap for software versioning and licensing.
• Manage a multi-disciplined team covering various technologies.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure platform health.
• Drive security and compliance, including risk management.
• Lead documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
