Trust in SODA is seeking a Managing & Lead Platform Engineer to drive a large-scale Gov project in the UK. You will lead a team, shape platform strategy and ensure high availability while delivering across multiple sites.

The role emphasises IaC, CI/CD, observability and leadership, with hybrid working and generous career progression.

Qualifikationen

• Expert in IaC using Terraform or Ansible.
• Proven leadership and line management experience.
• Strong CI/CD experience (GitOps, Github Actions, Jenkins).
• Deep knowledge of observability tooling (OTel, Dynatrace, Grafana).

The project aims to completely revolutionise the way the UK Government operates online and will create numerous public benefits including cutting waiting times, vastly improved CX and cost savings in the millions of pounds.

They are now looking for a Managing & Lead Platform Engineer to join their team and help with the ongoing support, optimisation and scaling of this project. Their ideal candidate would be an expert within:

• IaC (Terraform, Ansible)
• CI/CD (GitOps, Github Actions, Jenkins)
• Observability (OTel, Dynatrace, Grafana)
• Leadership / Line Management
