Job summary

Dex partner is seeking a seasoned Platform Lead to own the architecture and cloud strategy. You’ll define and scale the Azure/AKS environment for a security minded financial context, building the team from the ground up.

You will lead the platform engineering team, set technical bar and culture, own CI/CD across services, and drive observability, on-call rotations, and incident response.

You’ll navigate SOC 2/ISO27001 audits and GDPR compliance to enable a product handling sensitive data.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Experience scaling production Kubernetes and Terraform at scale.
• Proven track record building and leading platform teams in startups.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end cloud strategy and scale for Azure/AKS.
• Build and lead the platform engineering team from scratch.
• Own CI/CD across backend, frontend, and data with observability and on-call.
• Lead SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits and GDPR/security compliance.
