A leading global financial services firm is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join their Agency Securities Finance Technology team in London. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience and strong skills in AWS and Python. Responsibilities include building and maintaining AWS environments, and collaborating with developers to design applications. This role offers a chance to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
As an Associate Software Engineer at JPMorganChase within the Agency Securities Finance (ASF) Technology team, you will join a global team responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure / platform for approximately 300 applications. The applications run in a cloud / on-prem hybrid with a gradual move to cloud in the future. The ASF applications are predominantly Spring Boot applications using Oracle Databases with Kafka, MQ, QPid messaging.
Agency Securities Finance Technology
The ASF Technology team is a global team of around 100 engineers primarily focused in the Agency Lending business. The role will be based in London with the ASF trading and operations business spanning London, Bournemouth, New York, Dallas, India (Mumbai/Hyderabad), Hong Kong, Tokyo and Sydney.
ASF is part of a wider Securities Services group within the Corporate and Investment Banking division.
