Job description

Join our collaborative enterprise support team, where you'll help implement and support a range of enterprise tools in a dynamic environment. You'll work closely with teams across Product, Development, QA, Operations, and Project Management, providing expertise and guidance to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

About the Team

We are responsible for implementing, migrating, and supporting a variety of enterprise-wide SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) tools across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Python, Perl, JavaScript) to streamline operations.
  • Support and develop applications using MySQL and SQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Administer Linux-based systems, Java services, and Apache web servers.
  • Manage and support cloud environments and infrastructure services.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub, JFrog, Maven).
  • Apply security best practices in development and operations.
  • Use monitoring and network troubleshooting tools to proactively resolve issues.
  • Provide technical support for systems and applications, including participation in incident response and performance tuning.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or JavaScript.
  • Experience deploying and customizing open-source software.
  • Knowledge of MySQL, Linux, Java, and Apache.
  • Experience developing database applications with MySQL and/or MS SQL Server.
  • Experience managing or supporting cloud features and CI/CD solutions.
  • Understanding of secure software development practices.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools.
  • Curiosity, proactive problem-solving, and self-motivation.
  • Willingness to contribute to open-source projects (GitHub profile is a plus).
