Job summary

Christopher Ali is seeking a Platform Engineer to own the core of the platform used by development teams, including CI/CD, Kubernetes, monitoring, repositories and automation. You will work with the Platform team to ensure tooling meets developers’ needs and act as the go-to person for how to use it effectively, with emphasis on scalable, secure and observable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE or DevOps roles.
• Strong hands-on Kubernetes configuration and orchestration.
• Experience monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana or similar.
• Solid Git and repository management skills.
• Proven automation track record delivering measurable improvements.
• Clear communication and ability to work across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and running Kubernetes environments for scalable deployments.
• Designing and building CI/CD pipelines to speed up releases.
• Supporting on-premise and cloud infrastructure with IaC automation.
• Implementing monitoring and alerting to keep services healthy.
