Job summary

Enfint in the United Kingdom is building an Agentic Operating System for a critical enterprise function, with AI agents at its core. The company is scaling the platform for a rapidly expanding enterprise customer base and supporting a growing engineering organisation.

We are seeking a platform-focused engineer to evolve a serverless AWS architecture, own CI/CD pipelines, and build observability. You will write production TypeScript, extend IaC with Pulumi, and design dashboards to prevent issues

Qualifications

• Specialised in platform or developer experience at a cloud-native SaaS company with 50–500 engineers, rather than transitioning from DevOps or SRE.
• Production coding experience in TypeScript.
• A scripting-only Bash/YAML background is not suitable.
• Deep hands‑on experience with AWS serverless, including Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, EventBridge, IAM, and networking, with understanding of the trade‑offs.
• Experience refactoring a real infrastructure-as-code codebase using Pulumi, CDK, Terraform, or SST.
• Experience building reusable CI/CD workflows, deploy gates, and preview environments.
• Experience building observability systems with dashboards, SLOs, and alerts that reliably page humans.

Responsibilities

• Evolve a critical AWS serverless architecture using Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, and EventBridge to support 10x growth, multi-region high availability, and data residency;
• Own and extend GitHub Actions pipelines and Pulumi infrastructure-as-code for robust, scalable deployment across 45+ engineers;
• Design and implement Datadog dashboards, SLOs, and alerts to identify issues before customers are impacted;
• Write production-grade TypeScript within a shared monorepo, building core tooling and services for product teams;
• Automate toil by building internal tools and workflows that improve developer velocity and experience across the organisation.
