Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud‑based backend and platform systems
• Make architectural decisions around cloud infrastructure, storage, CI/CD, and monitoring
• Build and maintain distributed systems, APIs, and message‑driven services
• Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and observable in production
• Collaborate with senior leadership on platform strategy and system design
• Participate in technical discussions, system design sessions, and onsite interviews

Skills / Must Have

• Proven experience building and running production cloud systems at scale
• Strong backend engineering experience with Python and/or Go (Golang)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and messaging patterns
• Hands‑on experience designing CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/observability solutions
• Ability to engage deeply in system design discussions and explain technical trade‑offs clearly
• Strong communication skills and intellectual curiosity
