What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize Linux‑based infrastructure in multi‑region AWS environments.
- Configure and manage forward/reverse proxies (Nginx/Squid) and CDNs (CloudFront) to support high‑volume traffic.
- Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting (Python/Bash).
- Monitor and tune performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively improve reliability.
- Collaborate closely with a small dev team to ensure stable, efficient environments.
- Support production systems during business hours and as part of an out‑of‑hours rota.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2‑5 years in infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps roles.
- Strong Linux administration and networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, routing, load balancing).
- Production experience in AWS (multi‑region) or other cloud environments.
- Hands‑on with proxy/CDN technologies (Nginx, Squid, CloudFront) in production.
- Strong scripting skills (Python and/or Bash).
- Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tooling (Terraform, Ansible).
Nice‑to‑Have
- Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes/EKS) in production.
- Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
- Experience managing vendor relationships or external cloud providers.
Why You’ll Love This Job
- Work in a fast‑paced, cutting‑edge crypto environment.
- Small, flat, collaborative team where your impact will be direct and visible.
- Flexible, hybrid working setup with opportunities to grow your skills in both technical and financial domains.
