Job summary

System C is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build and run an internal developer platform on Microsoft Azure. You will automate environments with IaC, maintain CI/CD tooling and assist teams to release reliably to production.

The role emphasizes security, scalability and developer experience within an Agile/DevOps culture. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams to drive automation, improved performance and safer software delivery across the business.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering experience with .NET and/or PowerShell.
Hands-on experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure and secure cloud infra design.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

Designing, building and supporting our internal developer platform.
Developing and improving infrastructure-as-code to create repeatable environments.
Maintaining and enhancing CI/CD tooling and build automation frameworks.
Supporting deployment automation and enabling reliable production releases.
Collaborating with development teams to improve scalability, performance and security.
Identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and improve developer experience.
Championing cloud engineering best practice and operational excellence.
