Job summary

Entrust, a leader in identity-centric security, seeks a Platform Architect for its Agentic Trust Layer. You will drive architecture coherence across planes, establish governance, and partner with product teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

You will influence executives and collaborate with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to advance agentic identity and trust across platforms. Readers should have deep cryptography, PKI, workload identity, and cloud architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• 7+ years leading enterprise architecture programs or platform/security architecture.
• Deep expertise in cryptography, PKI, certificate authorities, key lifecycle management, and signing services.
• Experience with workload identity (SPIFFE/SPIRE) and modern delegated authorization (OAuth 2.x).
• Experience designing tamper-evident or append-only verifiable systems.
• Cloud expertise across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud including confidential computing and customer-managed keys.
• Experience delivering products under third-party assurance regimes (FIPS 140-3, Common Criteria, SOC 2).
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the architecture strategy and roadmap for the four planes across Entrust Agentic Trust Layer.
• Serve as design authority and gate on all build tracks, resolving conflicts between product lines and LOBs.
• Own key identity and evidence architectures including Agent Passport, VP/attestation, and trust boundaries.
• Lead governance bodies: Architecture Review Board and Boundary Review; ensure privacy, legal, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with executives and engineering, security, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable platform solutions.
• Represent Entrust in standards bodies and industry forums to influence agentic trust standards.
