As an Platform & Application Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimising Recognise Bank's core technology platforms, including nCino (Salesforce), Mambu, and the integration layer. You will act as a technical point of contact for platform-related issues, investigating and resolving incidents, monitoring system performance, and taking proactive steps to ensure the availability and stability of business-critical services. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will support new feature deployments, maintain API‑driven workflows, and provide APEX‑based support for Salesforce customisations. Additionally, you will contribute to documentation and process improvements to help scale and evolve our platforms. This hands‑on role requires strong technical expertise in SaaS application support, Salesforce development, and systems integration, with a focus on delivering seamless, reliable solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
