Earnings: Up to AUD $1,000,000+ per year (£ 500K) (public + private billing)

With a strong referral base, modern theatres, and advanced reconstructive & aesthetic capabilities, surgeons can rapidly build a full caseload while being within reach of one of Australia's most livable cities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a broad range of reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures
  • Participate in elective, trauma, and complex reconstructive surgery
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient care across both public and private settings
  • Supervise, mentor, and support junior medical staff and trainees
  • Engage in clinical governance, CME activities, and service development
  • Contribute to research or academic activity if desired
Candidate Requirements
  • Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent)
  • Specialist qualification in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
  • (e.g. FRCS(Plast), American Board, Royal College of Canada, European Board, FRACS-equivalent, or South African specialist registration)
  • Eligible for AHPRA Specialist Registration
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centred care
  • Experience across both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery preferred
