Job summary

Build Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a social housing maintenance team in Salford and surrounding areas for an initial 12-week contract. The role covers reactive and planned maintenance and repairs on Social Housing properties.

The successful candidate will hold a CSCS card, asbestos awareness and DBS clearance. The pay rate is £19.77 per hour CIS, and the role includes a van and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Plasterer role.
• Social Housing experience.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Asbestos Awareness.
• DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks on Social Housing properties.
• Work on reactive and planned maintenance for social housing sites.
