Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. are seeking an experienced Plasterer Multi Trader to cover a patch in North London. You will carry out general maintenance on occupied properties, responsive repairs and reactive plastering when required.

Requirements include social housing/council experience, a full UK driving licence and the ability to work customer-facing. The role offers a £22 per hour rate with a van and fuel card, plus 26 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing or council-maintained properties is essential.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence and be comfortable customer-facing.
• Experience in plastering and multi-trade maintenance is advantageous.
